Muthu is from Eden Prairie, Minnesota, a graduate of Eagle Ridge Academy. He is a third-year student at the University of Minnesota-Morris studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE). In previous summers, Muthu has worked for Congressman Dean Phillips’ office and completed the Hertog Foundation’s Political Studies Program.
