We considered becoming a nonprofit, but the process to establish and maintain one is complex. So instead, we’ve built a lean, flexible model that allows us to:
- Focus on impact, not administration
- Avoid bureaucracy, while still being accountable
- Be transparent and value-driven with every dollar
Steve Lear, the founder, receives no personal income from your gift. Your contributions go directly toward sustaining and growing this mission-driven work. Any surplus funds may be directed toward nonprofit initiatives such as:
- Training programs for advisors guiding others in their generosity journey
- Career development and vocational clarity programs
- Leadership development for emerging change-makers
