Khalique Rogers

Khalique Rogers is a dedicated advocate, strategist, and leader committed to creating transformative change. As the Executive Director of Catalyst for Systems Change (CSC), Khalique leverages his personal experiences and professional expertise to drive initiatives that empower youth, families, and underserved communities.

CSC works at the intersection of housing, workforce, and education, equipping young people not just to navigate systems, but to change them — creating the next generation of leaders who will thrive and help their communities thrive with them.

Khalique believes in co-designing solutions with those directly impacted by systemic challenges. CSC youth leaders have testified at the Minnesota Legislature, secured new funding for affordable housing, and helped design programs that reduce barriers to education and employment.

Khalique is a Policy Fellow at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a participant in the Harvard Young Leaders Program.

In addition, Twin Cities Business Journal named him one of 50 African American Leaders to Know in the Twin Cities.
