Wanina Rae is a Kolbe Certified Consultant and founder of the consulting firm, Noble Methods. Her passion for youth and leadership development is rooted in the belief that every child has a God-given superpower—and that no one should ever let the world dim that light. By helping students, parents, and educators unlock these instinctive strengths, she equips them to embrace who they truly are and utilize that awareness in school, relationships, and future careers.

Wanina Rae holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University of New Orleans and brings decades of real-world training and certifications, including Kolbe Youth Certified Trainer. She combines her deep business expertise with her heart for people, making Kolbe Wisdom practical, inspiring, and transformative for the next generation.

She lives in Mesa, AZ, with her husband, Francis, and is the proud mom of two daughters, Karilyn and Adrianna. She continues to be inspired every day by seeing students and young leaders step boldly into their gifts and shine their light.
