Using Kolbe Wisdom to Build Leadership Skills
I first experienced Kolbe Wisdom in the late 90s as a student in the Strategic Coach program. It was one of those moments in my life that created tremendous clarity.
I believe Kolbe Wisdom is the cornerstone in building a foundation for effective leadership. Over the last ten years, I have partnered with Erin Werde of Instinctive Advantage to provide this wisdom to those who are curious to learn its benefits and able to invest in coaching.
I so strongly believe in its value that I will make the Kolbe A Index available free of charge to the first 100 people who want to take it.
